Every interviewer has seen it before. That “deer in the headlights” look. You know the one. Big eyes open widely waiting for some sort of whack across the side of the head.
An interview is a wonderful opportunity. Never be afraid! There is nothing to be afraid of.
Preparation is the key to avoiding that “deer in the headlights” look during interviews.
Being prepared makes you more confident, helps you know what you want to say and means you know what the interviewer wants to hear. You need all three parts to be really prepared.

It got me thinking about living within restraints. When I gave up pop for Lent I created a restraint and learned to live within that constraint. It was easy. It inspired me to seek out alternate snacks for the afternoon.
