Small or large, old or young, we all have goals, dreams and aspirations — Individuals and Organizations.
Goals are the object of an individual’s or organization’s ambition or efforts; the desired result of action. A wish, dream, or hope—the destination of a journey. Time passes on our life’s journey. Days turn into years. We get up every morning either with despair or renewed determination to achieve those goals. We can define goals.
Goals are the WHAT.
But HOW do we achieve those goals? Does it happen organically, just because we breathe in and out? Or is there something else that must happen to support the seemingly random propulsion towards a goal?
