What is Interview Coaching?

Whole books have been written to answer this question. In brief, we work with you to prepare you to succeed at your job interview. We usually work by phone but can also do face to face coaching. Specific session activities are determined by your needs, but often include preparing and practicing compelling answers to key questions, how to deal with nerves and mock interviews. Most Clients book 2-4 one-hour sessions in the 2 weeks leading up to their interview.
